Train While You Work


Here your dog receives daycare, training, playtime, and socialization while you work! Don't worry, we won't leave you out of the training! You, as the owner, will get a 1 to 1 & 1/2 hour on-leash lesson showing you all the commands your dog now knows on-leash. You will also get 2 graduation lessons at the end of your training to show you how to hold your dog accountable for their new skills on the ecollar.

The course runs Mon.-Fri.
Drop off times: 8-9am
Pick up times: 3-5pm

When you sign up for the TWYW Program, you will select a time from the range that you will drop your dog off and pick them up each day.

Bronze Package

This course is ideal for owners that would like to have their dog have better leash manners. Your dog would come for day training for 1 week, Monday-Friday, and you will receive 1 go home session at their pick-up time on Friday.

Your dog will learn the following commands ON-LEASH:

  • Sit
  • Down
  • Lay

  • Here

  • Place

  • Out

  • Heel

Course length : 1 week

Owners receive 1 go-home lesson.

A herm sprenger prong collar IS included.

Dogs must be up to date on the Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines, as well as have a negative fecal.

 

Silver Package

This course is ideal for owners that would like to have some hands-on experience training their dogs, but not have to put in all the hundreds of reps that are required in the beginning stages of training.

This program provides your dog with a solid foundation of the commands. You then tailor your dog to your lifestyle by "proofing" them. "Proofing" is using your dog's commands to expose them to triggers/distractions. This means, if you want your dog to be really comfortable around children, it would be your job to expose them to playgrounds, loud children, etc. using the basic commands that I have taught them.

Your dog will learn the following commands on and off-leash:​

  • Sit
  • Down
  • Lay
  • Here
  • Place
  • Out

​Your dog will also learn on-leash Heel​

Course length : 3 weeks

Owners receive a 1 to 1 & 1/2 hour mid-session and 2 go-home lessons.

Gold Package

This course is ideal for owners that would just like to have to upkeep the training and hold their dog accountable for their commands and behavior.

With this course, we do a week of "proofing" for you. This means, if you want your dog to be able to go off-leash hiking with you, we will proof them for that lifestyle. If you want your dog to be good around children, we will proof them to that lifestyle.

After training, you would still continue this proofing, but your dog would have had that extra week with us to help prepare them.  You let us know the goals you have for your dog and we do our best to proof them to those standards.

Your dog will learn the following commands on and off-leash:​

  • Sit
  • Down
  • Lay
  • Here
  • Place
  • Heel (if applicable off-leash)
  • Out

Course length : 4 weeks

Owners receive a 1 to 1 & 1/2 hour mid-session and 2 go-home lessons.
